Super easy! Just send us a quick text with your preferred date and the services you need. We’ll confirm everything and send you all the details you need to prepare.
You can use Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Check and Credit Card (note: an additional 3% fee applies). You can pay when you book, on the day of the shoot, or once the photos are ready. Whatever’s easiest
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours for photos. Video, floor plans, and virtual tours may take an extra day or two depending on the project.
We’ll send you a secure download link straight to your inbox. You’ll have 2 weeks from the date the link is sent to download and save your media before the link expires.
It’s not required, but recommended. Many agents prefer to be on-site to ensure staging is perfect and to provide access but our photographers can handle everything if you can’t make it.
We recommend decluttering, cleaning, and staging the home as if it’s ready for an open house. Small touches like turning on lights, opening blinds, and removing personal items make a big difference in the final photos.  We will provide a handy pre photoshoot prep checklist to make sure no detail is missed.
Absolutely. If there’s something special you’d like featured, just let us know ahead f time or during the shoot. We’re happy to capture it.
On average, most shoots take 1–2 hours, depending on the size of the property and what services you’ve chosen (photos, video, drone, floor plans, etc.).
If weather conditions impacts exterior or drone photography, we’ll happily reschedule at no extra cost. Interior shoots can usually continue as planned.
We proudly serve South Florida, the Florida Keys, and surrounding areas. Have a property farther away? We’re happy to travel anywhere in Florida for a small travel fee.
Yes! All delivered media includes usage rights for real estate marketing, including MLS, social media, print materials, and your website. Share away!
We understand things happen. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees and we’ll gladly find a new time that works for you.
